Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. Shipping is calculated at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store your card details.

Orders

An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) if a product is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred.

Using our products

Use products only as directed on the label and usage instructions, wear appropriate protective equipment, and keep products out of reach of children and pets during application. Safety Data Sheets are available on request. Results depend on surface type, condition and application; always test in an inconspicuous area first.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss or damage resulting from products being used contrary to the label or usage instructions.
